We offer 2 type of courses: Standard Classes and Conversation Classes. The first step will be to sign up. Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation e-mail together with a small placement test and a reference guide. With the result of your placement exam, we can determine your Spanish Level Proficiency and then make a lesson plan according to your specific needs and goals. The reference guide will show you how to install and access our virtual classroom. *Students attending the Conversation program won’t need neither the placement test nor install the virtual classroom.

Standard Classes

During your class, you will cover different components of the language. You will learn the Structure of the Language, Spanish Vocabulary and Practice, Pronunciation, Reading Comprehension, Writing, and more. Our classes are 100% interactive. With our virtual classroom, you will be able to communicate with your teacher and interact in real time. Our Classic Spanish course series is at the heart of the study plan for most of our students. Focusing on core skills necessary for everyday Spanish use, these courses cover speaking, writing, reading, listening, grammar, and vocabulary skills across all 8 levels of our curriculum.

Conversation Classes

For students who want to practice their conversational skills or just want to keep up with what they have learned at one of our study abroad programs. It is also ideal for students who are going to attend a study abroad program and have no prior Spanish knowledge. Students attending the conversation program will need to download Skype and add the "Spanish Institute Online" to their contact list. *Skype use is 100% free.

Class time

- Classes available from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday classes are from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Central time)
- Your course hours are good for 4 weeks from the date of purchase
- Take classes from 1 up to 6 days a week from 1 to 4 hours per day. With a minimum hour requirement of 3 hours of attandance per week.
- Begin classes any week of April
